1. Booking and Cancellations We ask for at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee since that time was blocked off just for you.

2. Payment Details Full payment is due right after the detailing job is complete. We take cash, card, and digital payments.

3. Vehicle Condition and Liability Please point out any loose parts, previous damage, or tricky spots before we start washing. We treat every car with maximum care, but we are not responsible for pre-existing wear and tear or hidden issues.

4. Personal Belongings Grab your personal items out of the car before your appointment. We cannot be held responsible for anything left inside the cabin or trunk.

5. Media and Photos We take pride in our work and love taking before and after photos. We might post pictures of your clean ride on our social media or website. Just give us a heads up if you prefer your vehicle to stay private.
